  • 1. “Fated Encounters: A Love Story in the Heart of NYC”

In the middle of the hustle and bustle of New York City, a most unusual love tale began to take shape. Lily and Alex, two strangers who had just met, struck up a conversation while riding the busy tube. When their eyes briefly locked, an eerie connection developed between them.

Alex was a bright astronomer with a love for the stars, and Lily was a fiercely independent dancer. Though they came from worlds that couldn’t have been more dissimilar from one another, fate had inexplicably crossed their paths.

They became closer as a result of several unplanned meetings. They learned they had a common love of exploration and an endless curiosity about the globe. Alex opened Lily’s eyes to the elegance and beauty of movement as Lily eyes to the cosmos’ marvels and the size of the universe.

They both shared a passion for discovering life’s mysteries, which fueled their love. Walking hand in hand through the city streets at night, they would trace constellations in the starry sky and dance beneath the light of the streetlamps. Within the disorderly cityscape, they fashioned their own personal universe—a heaven of affection and kinship.

The difficulties they experienced, however, increased as their love . Lily was given the chance to join a prominent dancing company in Paris, while Alex was given the chance to work as a researcher in Tokyo. Their hearts ached at the thought of being divided by oceans and time zones.

They agreed to meet together in separate parts of the world to overcome the distance that threatened to keep them apart as she set off on her dance trip and Alex continued his studies.

They travelled separate paths for years, yet their bond remained strong. They would get together in faraway places, dancing in the streets of Paris, stargazing on Hawaiian beaches, and spending peaceful hours in Tokyo’s cherry blossom gardens.

Their relationship became a symbol of how strong the human spirit can be. Despite the distance separating them, they found comfort in their common experiences and relished their time spent together. The traditional limitations of time and space were disregarded in their love tale.

The day arrived when they were both prepared to establish roots.

While Lily’s dance career brought her to a top ballet company in London, Alex was able to continue his studies at a renowned observatory in Cape Town.

They met up again in London, their hearts bursting with happiness. Lily and Alex created a life together while embracing the city’s thriving artistic community and taking in the wonders of the cosmos. Their unusual tube encounter had led to a blossoming love story that defied all expectations.

Their unusual love tale serves as a reminder that love transcends all limitations, even those of time, space, and social conventions. Lily and Alex became live examples of how real love can be found in the most unlikely locations and can endure distance as long as two hearts are committed to each other.

  • A Girl’s Summer Vacation

    A Girl’s Summer Vacation

Kavya have you packed your luggage mom is shouting at me in a hurry while i say yes it’s almost done. My family and I are going to attend Veera uncle’s daughter’s wedding in this summer. So, this summer I am going to spend at Rajasthan. This is my first time going to Rajasthan, other than Delhi I have travelled much. Meanwhile we reached to Railway station in a taxi. Our train was on the platform and we got in to the train. Raju and Me urging for a window seat although he won because first born child should scarifies. Train started to move and I plugged my ear phones while I check the Messenger. When I checked the time on my phone, it was after lunchtime, so I ate it while my mother served it. We were getting close, my father murmured as he started to wake me up. My father is overjoyed and eager to see his childhood buddy Veera Uncle as I opened my eyes and stood up. Veera uncle used to attend the same college, but for personal reasons he dropped out and needed to take care of his father’s property instead. We arrived at the station, and everyone departed except for me. As I was getting off, my leg slipped under the weight of my big luggage, and I fell on the platform. As usual, my brother was laughing cruelly as I checked with my luggage, and as I was about to get up, a hand went out and assisted me in standing up.

soft voice reached me “ARE YOU OK Kavya”. When I looked at him, his worried face was so handsome. I stared to feel embarrass. My father introduced that handsome to me by the name Krishna. We both greet each other while we reached to his car. While driving this handsome told that veera ucle could come to reach us because of marriage works. We eventually arrived at the residence. Everyone is happy to see us. My father and Veera uncle hugged each other as we sat on the sofa, and my mother and Mrs. Veera Aunty began talking about wedding shopping. Shalini, the bride, smiled as she met me. Mom and dad went downstairs to their rooms. Veers uncle directed Krishna to show me the room that had been assigned to me. He pulled my suitcase from my hands as I was going to take it and told me to follow him. The room was really pleasant and comfortable. He left the luggage in my room and said goodnight. I took a shower before going to bed.

I got up at eight o’clock in the morning and dressed traditionally. When I arrived downstairs, everyone was eating breakfast. Mrs.Veera aunty greeted me with a bright grin and handed me the breakfast that she had prepared. This handsome seated in front of mine eating apple for breakfast . He was so involved in the newspaper that he didn’t even notice me. I was sitting in my room loving the scenery when Shalini knocked on the door and offered me to her wedding shopping. I said I would love to start dressed up for the shopping. We both headed to down, Mrs.Veera aunty smiled and encouraged me to acquire a dress for the wedding because it was my first time visiting their home. I smiled and informed her there were no formalities, but she insisted, so I agreed.

I opened the car door , Handsome Krishna in the driver’s seat, his muscles bulging. I waited a minute before deciding whether to sit alongside him or not. He smiled at me and offered me a seat beside him. His smile was endearing. He has dimples on his right cheek while smiling. Meanwhile, Shalini sat in the rear of my seat and asked her brother companion to drive her to the shopping mall. We arrived at the mall and exited, while her brother proceeded to park the car. Meanwhile, we took an escalator and explored the mall’s first and second floors. Shalini is looking through different suits for the Haldhi function. We purchased the dress she desired. Her brother arrived at the shop. Shalini reached out her hand to a man. He was introduced as her groom by her. They wanted little private space, so Krishna and I left. I responded yes when he inquired if I was hungry. We climbed the steps near the food court. He waited for me to choose the food. He initiated the conversation, and we both engaged in it for a time. As our lunch arrived, we shared it and ate. He led me to the ground floor to get some ice cream. I started talking and exchanged our thought, as we share the ice cream flavours. I was very impressed by this maturity. I noticed his funny angle too. Meanwhile, the wedding pair arrived. He is set to leave for his office for work after the couple hugged. Shalini spent two hours shopping for wedding necessities. She was exhausted after shopping. We got in the car and drove home. Everyone could see Shalini’s shopping.

I went to my room, had a shower, and promptly fell asleep. I awoke at 7:00 p.m. and dashed down the stairs. Everyone is conversing. I went in search of my mother. Mom was assisting Mrs Veera aunty. They were making refreshments for everyone. In the meantime, I served everyone, even Krishna. Shalini later invited me to her room. We sat and chatted about our collages because we both had certain things in common with our different colleges. Mrs Veera aunty finally called us for dinner. We finished our meal, and the elders are discussing wedding arrangements. I went upstairs. I took a book in my bag and I stared reading. After some time I wanted to take a fresh and I went to the hallway since I needed to get some air. I started to feel the fresh air as I closed my eyes. I could hear someone approaching me as I heard their footsteps. After turning around, I saw Krishna. “Feeling bored”? I replied off-handed while grinning. He then inquired as to my interest in watching a movie. I replied, “Yes.” Krishna invited Shalini to the home theatre. I sat on the same sofa as Shalini.

On the first sofa, Krishna sat down. We commenced viewing the film. The film, which told a love story, was excellent. I was a little embarrassed and embarrassed when the hero and heroine shared a kiss in the middle of the movie. In the midst of the movie, when the hero and heroine have a passionate kiss, I felt a twinge of embarrassment and headed towards Shalini, who was sound asleep. I then noticed that Krishna was hiding a smile. We didn’t exchange looks. I wanted to continue fast forwarding that scenario, but I was unable to. Even though the kiss was incredibly cute, I’m embarrassed at how shy I look. Later, a joyous, concluding title marks the end of the film. We each went to our different rooms after the movie. I had a lot of refreshment when I woke up, put on my customary pair of trousers, and descended the stairs. Shalini grabbed my hand and dragged me into her room where she begged for my assistance in choosing a dress for the Mahanadi ceremony. I did. After we had later discussed what to wear in the next occasion. We shared hobbies, she abruptly inquired about my love life. I replied honestly that I am single. I’m not sure why she was joyful, but I can see her smiling. We engaged in some girlie activities. After returning to my room, I checked my messenger.

Shalini arrived as I was responding to those and said that everyone was calling for me. I went downstairs where everyone, including my mother and father, were staring at my face. I sat next to Mrs Veera since she insisted on it. I had the impression that I was going on an interview. My father questioned me about my interest in other men. Krishna entered the room and turned to face me after five minutes. He is different this time. He was giving me a flirtatious look. My parents began reassuring me that they act in my best interests. Veera uncle interjected in the meantime and stated that they would want to propose a marriage to Krishna and me. I was startled. I noticed that he was staring at me when I looked at him and assumed that he was aware of the proposal.

I said directly that I don’t have any plans to get married right now and that I would like to get a master’s degree. Mr and Mrs Veera faces were extremely heartbroken. My father interfered as I bent my head slightly to look at Krishna’s face, saying, “Whatever it may be, it is her decision. We would like to respect it,” but my mother was not certain about what I had just said. We had supper together later, and as he is sitting down next to me, he smiles. I was a little bit down because I had assumed he would be miffed by my choice. I believe he approved of my choice. I finished my dinner, bid everyone good night, and went back to my room. Later, I lay awake in bed contemplating MR. handsome response to my rejection of his patents marriage proposal.

“Perhaps he’s not into me”. “Maybe he didn’t get to know me”? Why is he back to normal after I responded it killing me. By way of all the thoughts, I dozed off completely. At four in the morning, I suddenly awoke up. When the morning air touched my skin as I walked down a straight hallway to get some fresh air, my lips involuntarily smiled. Without second thought, I went down to meet Krishna as he was working in his grandfather’s field. After noticing me, she gave me a warm welcome. We were having a normal talk when I questioned him about his studies. He is a gold medallist in law, and I was speechless by his credentials. I remarked, “Oh, that’s fantastic, I had no idea you were a gold medallist.” I chuckled. We both went without speaking for a while. I was about to move when he spoke about his hobby of farming and avoided making eye contact. I talked about harvesting. Later, we put a stop to our discussion and entered the home. Mrs Veera gave us a breakfast call. I sat next to him as Mrs Veera served with much devotion. The wedding is quickly approaching, and everything is going according to plan. The following morning, I awoke to some bustle and walked downstairs. The house was bustling with family members. The preparations for the marriage involve my father and Veera uncle very significantly.

The wedding is nearby by because tomorrow is Shalini’s haldhi occasion. The wedding had everything set up perfectly. My eyes was fixed on Krishna. He was conversing with his cousins, who were also girls. Alongside him, his mother Mrs Veera was conversing with his cousins. I approached the sofa gently and was about to seat down when Mrs Veera aunt beckoned and introduced me to the girl Krishna was speaking to. She was attractive, especially considering how well-built her body was. When Veera uncle called him, Krishna didn’t even notice me and he immediately left for some task. I said, “Let me say hello to you.” She was very gracious. Hema, as Shalini called her, told me about me with a smile and we hugged enthusiastically. Hema and Shalini entered their rooms. I walked to my mother and sat next to her quietly.

Veera aunty later invited everyone to lunch. I remained still for three hours in the same spot. I tend to be a bit moody. For lunch, Krishna climbed the stairs to call Hema. While eating lunch, Hema and Krishna sat next to each other and engaged in an animated conversation. Krishna was preoccupied with Hema and didn’t even utter a word to me.

Shalini’s Mahanadi is today, so after eating my lunch, I walked to my room. Mahanadi declaration is currently ongoing. While I was still in my room, Shalini entered and told me to get ready for the Mahanadi because there will also be a dance performance. Kavya, she demanded that you dance at my wedding. I got ready for the occasion and went looking for Krishna. He was conversing with some employees. I wished he could see me. I went to him and told him that the decoration was wonderful, and he smiled and said thank you. I waited for his response as he saw me. Hema came up to us and greeted us both while I was still waiting. Right away, Krishna exclaimed, “Hey, you’re very beautiful.” I was quite saddened after hearing those statements since I had wanted Krishna to utter them on my behalf. I kept quiet, simply grinned at them both briefly, and then I left.

My father sat next to my mother as I went to her. I caught my brother’s eye. He questioned what happened. I remained silent. So why do you seem so agitated, he questioned. I told him to stop talking. He did. I came very close to speaking during the entire Mahanadi. My mother went to a dance with Mrs. Veera aunt. For Mahanadi, Shalini came and took my hand. I proclaimed my disinterest. Hema and Krishna dance together. I was furious. I am aware that I declined the marriage proposal, but I am unsure of the source of this emotion. Mahanadi was made mandatory by Shalini. My two hands are full of mehandhi, so I said, “Okay.” Everyone is joyfully dancing. I was searching for the Krishna. I saw the hema. Mahanadi was likewise crammed into her hands. She is next to Krishna. They shouldn’t interact, in my opinion. I then headed upstairs. Even though my mother pushed me to eat dinner, I still don’t want to. I locked myself in my room after entering. Since I don’t want Shalini to feel awful, I decided against washing my hands. On the sofa, I sat. My heart was heavy with sadness. My mother knocked on the door of my room four hours ago. I unlocked it. I was going to say anything when my mother interrupted me again and said, “I also came from the same age of yours,” adding, “You Still Had A Chance.” My mother then sat next me. I was silent throughout. I stopped her as she was ready to leave and gave her a hug. Leaving, she did.

The Mahanadi ceremony has ended. My watch told me it was almost 11:00 p.m. when I checked the time. After leaving my room, I sat on the sofa in the corridor and gazed up at the stars. They shone so brightly. I am still a with Mahanadi. It’s Krishna; I heard footsteps. Hema is not standing by him this time. I am about to depart because I am furious with him despite the fact that I said nothing. I got up and moved a little before hearing him say, “Why don’t you stay beside me?” I experienced shock and joy at the same moment. I looked in his direction. Why don’t you stay by my side for a bit, he suggested. Ok, I said. A seat next to him was provided. I sat without speaking. We haven’t spoken much for about 40 minutes. But this sensation lifted my spirits. Nearing midnight now. I was ready to depart when I stated, “I’m sleepy.” He stepped up and abruptly took my hand. My entire dry Mahanadi is falling. He touched me for the first time today. He then abruptly wrapped his hand around my hip and bribed me to compliment him. My shock has driven my eyes to widen. The distance between us is just one inch. We now turned to face one other. “Don’t you really like me,” he questioned.

My heart rate increased by about 130. I still remain silent. Now I’m going to hug you, he said. If you’re kind, give me another embrace; if not, push me. I’m at a loss on what to do. He hugged me, and we are no longer apart. My entire body is trembling. He gave me a long hug. He asked me again if I liked him or not. I said, “I’m sleepy, I need to go to my room,” this time as I opened my mouth. He moved his hand while grinning flirtatiously. I locked my room as I ran to it. I slam into my bed. My head is now filled with ideas because I’ve lost all of my sleep. I rose and cleaned my Mahanadi. went to bed once more. I slept slowly. The following morning, after getting dressed in a very traditional manner, I began assisting Shalini with her haldhi.

Krishna I blushed as he entered the room to give Shalini her phone, and I don’t know why, but he didn’t stop staring at me. He said as he entered the room that everyone was waiting for the bride. Shalini told me to put her last bit of jewellery in the locker even though I was ready to depart myself. While I was locking the shelf, Krishna approached and assisted me. I told him I was grateful. He asked if we should go. I blinked. You look cute, he said. My flush deepened. He waved goodbye while grinning. I went out and actively participated in haldhi as well. And I danced. I’m having a good time. I participated actively in the water game. I gave everyone a drink of water. When I was ready to pour water on Krishna, he seized the vessel from me and doused me in it without giving me a chance. I’m fully drenched. He tugged me back towards him this time, but there was no space between us. I had run to the corridor, but no one was there, so I was looking for a way out.

He’s also drenched. Our four heads were in contact, and he was staring into my eyes. I smiled slightly as I slowly closed my eyes. He gently nudges me to change my clothes. I changed into new clothes in my room. The haldhi is nearly finished. Everyone is reportedly eating lunch out. Shalini was overjoyed to be getting married to her beloved tomorrow. The years go by. On the wedding day, I prepared and sat down to wait to see my parents. The home was really noisy. Everyone is getting ready to enter the reception hall. The distance from the residence to the wedding venue is 3 kilometres. My father said that my baby was as adorable as ever. Mom walked out and gave me a hug. Everyone is about to board the vehicle. However, my mother instructed me to present Krishna in front of everyone. Even Mrs Veera aunt insisted on it. I feel very anxious. As I sat down, Krishna closed the car door after he had opened it. He sat in the driver’s seat as well. We moved forward. Only the two of us are in the car. After a while, he said, “U look gorgeous, G.” I jumped, but solely from within my joy. At the door, I thanked you. We must pass a bride. The automobile abruptly halted.

What happened, I enquired. He remained silent. I don’t know why, but he got out of the car. He opened the door to my seat, took hold of my hand, and helped me move forward. His knees were OK. The heart feels honoured. I was astonished when he pulled a ring out of his pocket. He murmured, “Kavya I am aware that it wasn’t until recently that I began to like you after seeing your photo on my father’s phone. I fell in love with you when you moved after falling from the train. Knowing your good nature, I can tell from the way you treat my elders. All of your excellent qualities have made me utterly swoon for you. When I chat too closely to Hema, I see a certain type of jealousy, which is what prompted me to approach you and propose marriage. You don’t have to stop learning. You can pursue your goals. I now own the enchanted phrase, “WILL YOU MARRY ME KAVYA”? My tears are dripping down my cheek in the meantime. The tears are joyful ones. And I could halt them. Hema is one of my closest cousins, and when I asked him about him, he stated he wanted to know how I felt about him. There are no other known intentions between them. so You put me to the test by accepting what I said. You didn’t give me any other options, he retorted. I quickly said “YES I WOULD” after laughing. He gave me a strong hug while placing his soft lips on mine. We arrived at the wedding hall after returning to the car. Everyone is focusing on us. Mr and Mrs Veera are joyfully leaping. My parents are so thrilled that they nearly started crying. We entered the wedding while holding hands. Shalini gave me an embrace. My brother claimed to have foreseen this outcome. Everyone is pleased for us that we decided to engage.

    Happy Endding.? Part-2?

  • Pizza wars

    Pizza wars

There were literally one million people eating pizza that minute all over the globe, but I am more than a 100 percent sure, no one ate pizza like I did with jacob on that wonderful day.

Hi! I am Sandra Gilbert, a new high school kid and an intern at a local content writing office. I was always a spoon fed, naive and obedient person, which clearly defines my relationship status, if you are a clever reader. I had no girl friends either, reason being, girls back in my college days were big time snobs in my opinion.

Then right in the middle of my collage I found my Mr. Perfect. We shared so many things in common that I could never sit and count them completely in one go. He and I met in a dominos restraunt. I still love to remember that day over and over again.

I was so damn hungry that I would eat the whole table but having mercy on my digestive system I decided to order pizza only. The staff boy came within seconds to me because there were just one or two more people seated in the restaurant that day. My order was simply any veg pizza. He note that down in calligraphy, may be to stay occupied on a non busy day.

Then arrived Jack Spinslaw, the most famous student of my grade, on the counter. He had a reputation of not indulging with girls. I wasn’t attracted to him at all, but somehow I found it interesting to watch him talking to the staff person on the counter. Strangely the staff boy pointed at me, and seemingly aggitated Jack too gave me a scary look. But this does not mean that I was afraid, I was just concious. I wanted to know his mind, though I ignored his attentions for that moment.

He started walking towards me. Stopping right next to my table he then asked me with a smile,” hi! Can I have the pleasure of having your company?”

I just wanted to shout out loud to him that, what does he actually wants from me. But those words remained stuck at the back of my tongue, all thanks to my polite upbringing. I replied, ” sure, I remember we are in the same school. ” he completed it saying,” and same grade”. And I further added, ” and we share same bus for home as well”.

Then in a buttering manner he said,” by the way, I am flattered to know that the most beautiful girl of my school notices me”.

I unexpectedly blushed feeling butterflies in my belly. Then started talking about each other and our families, it seemed like our talk will never end. We both were so comfortable with each other, I couldn’t have ever imagined that an introvert girl like me could pull a talk so much with out any external help. He was also surprised, as he told me the same thing about himself. But it was just the beginning we talked so much and didn’t found single thing which was uncommon about us apart from our genders. Apparently we were new best friends, and I was cherishing the fact that my best friend is so hot and famous.

Then after 25 minutes of long waiting time, my pizza was ready. My name was called at the counter, so I got up to recieve the order. But Jack insisted to bring my order which I allowed with a bit of a struggle.

When pizza reached my table I was about to drool. It’s aroma was the most desirable smell of the day. It was a beautiful extra cheese pizza with olive toppings which was one of my favorites. It looked as delicious as the chocolate fountain looked in the Charlie’s Chocolate Factory. I was looking at the pizza just like a lover lookes at his beloved on the romantic moon lit nights.

Then I remembered I just made a new friend and as he is sharing my table, so it would be impolight if I do not ask him for the pizza. At the back of my head, there was this conflict going on, if I should eat the pizza alone or offer him to share. In the end my manners won over my greed. I asked him out of courtesy, “would you like to share… ?” but before I could complete my sentence, he already picked a giant slice and said ‘thankyou’ .

Then I took one slice too. As I took 2 bites, he finished his slice and reached for the next slice. I wached that with a heavy heart. I rushed to finish my slice and took my next slice. But he picked a third by then. I hurriedly finished my own slice while in my head I was killing my new found friend with a sharp knife. I was so unhappy that he was about to eat that slice that I didn’t notice when I spilled a glass of water on the table. Table was possibly somewhat slant so water fell on his jeans and It almost looked like he peed his pants.

He quickly stood up, but in that hurry he dropped his slice of pizza. I was felt sorry both for this pants and the pizza. And I felt like only way I could repay him is by offering him the last slice.

He too laughed it off and assured me that he has taken it very lightly. Then we focused our attention to the last slice. He wanted me to have it. And I wanted him to have the privilege.

We were feeling a bond between us in those precious moments. We almost started harbouring feelings for each other which we both admitted. Then he confessed that when he first arrived at my table, it was just to share the pizza because that was the last pizza for the day. I felt somewhat offended but admitted, I didn’t wanted him to have the pizza because I was feeling so hungry.

After one minute of silence he started taunting me and blamed that I threw water deliberately on him. That was the point where I lost my politeness and decided to finish the pizza myself. But he stoped my hand in a very ungentlemanly manner. Then we started fighting over how dare he hold my hand like that. And the fight went on and on with a new topic of arguments every thirty seconds.

It is funny to recall but at that moment our hands were on the cond damp slice and we were arguing like childhood besties. In unexpected turn of events, neither of us wanted to argue yet wanted to find a way to talk and not let the conversation die. Afterall we were just fighting over the last slice of pizza which was not even the topic of fight. But it brought us closer. And we found love over that pizza war.

  • Ruby and Aluka

    Ruby and Aluka

To begin with, I want to assure you that angels don’t like earth. Infact earth is that darkest planet in the whole universe which fairies, angels, elfs and encantados etc. are all afraid of, because demons live on Earth. But one of the pretiest of their creed somehow stayed on earth. This is the tale of Ruby, the youngest angel of the fairyland and the only angel who made the other angels to tread on this much feared planet with a renewed perception about Earth and its people.

This story is long forgotten by us, but the people of Sumadia speak about it quit often. In the ancient lands of diamond studded Sumadian kingdom, a young and handsome Sumadian king Aluka decided to build a moon tower. He was fascinated by tales of angels and always fancied what angels look like since his childhood. After he grew up to be an amazing king, he wanted to catch one for his future children, so that they could see in real, how angels look. He knew that the magical beings are almost always attracted by shining objects, so he prepared a grand plan. It was not an intangible idea, His highness was a famous architect himself, he single handedly started working on the moon tower project. The news spread like fire in the forest. On his call, tonnes and tonnes of men reached his kingdom, all were skilled craftsmen. Some came loaded in dinghies and others arrived to the shores in big ships. Many other kings also supported him and sent jewels and precious stones in return of the promise of acquiring an angel for themselves. Some of them only wanted to see angels in their lifetime, and some just presupposed to acquire the angels with force. But what ever were their thoughts, they all contributed with ample amout of dough and manpower for that masterpice of architecture.

This is how with all the positive signs, the moon tower project got under way. King Aluka prepared such an amazing design that any angel which gets attracted towards it, will surely find a path inside but will never be able to get out again. No magic could break the trap as it was carved out of hardest and shiniest element on Earth. There were no loopholes in this perfect trap since the angel bait was good for magical beings but humans could easily walk in and out of the trap.

Almost 20,000 men worked at one time to erect the tower in the middle of the castle. It was made with 24 carat gold and at the top was the stunning crescent moon full of bright shine reflecting from giant diamonds taking light from other heavenly bodies, which was made completely with layers and layers of precious gem stones. Although the moon tower mimicked the shine of moon, even then it shined brighter than all the celestial bodies seen in the vast sky. In two year time the whole tower was made and in the next two only the moon at the top of it, was built. Overall it was a success and turned out to be way better than expected.

Many magical beings came attracted towards the newly built moon but as soon as they came to know that the light is coming from the dark realms of Earth, they would drift away instantly. News about this moon tower reached to the splended fairy kingdom as well, with warnings to avoid the moon at any cost. One day a band of angels passed from above the planet Earth. All were charmed by the cristal shine of the moon but minding the warnings associated with it they ignored the luring glitters of the moon and moved on, on thier path. But Rubi was so enthralled by the glitters and the luster that she hid herself behind a lily to keep looking into the moon. An hour passed gazing into the moon, then Ruby looked around, only to find out that her friends were nowhere near. She made a few calls to them but they were all gone far away. It was not that, she didn’t knew her way back home but she was deliberately looking to spend more time watching the magnificent moon.

Then she thought for a minute, “it’s the right time to explore the moon, before others notice and comeback looking for me, I should go and take a closer look and nobody will ever know about it. “She flew near to the top, it was heavenly experience for her to be surrounded by such beautiful jewels of earth. Finding an opening she peeped in, there was a magnificent stairway adorned by roses made of precious gems. She then so badly wanted to walk on the steps that she ignored all the cautions and jumped inside the trap. Going down and down she realised, she was lost and no longer could find a way out. She became concious of her mistake and blamed herself for the miserable situation she was in. Her night passed crying and she fell asleep on the beautiful floor.

Early morning king looked out of his window to observe the moon tower as his every day ritual. And he couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw one lovely angel caught within his moon trap. It was a victory for him and he was over joyed to finally achieved his dreams. He rushed towards the tower to have a closer look at the angel before anyone else finds out about her. Hastily climbing to the top he stopped just near the angel and watched her enchanting face in her sleep and instantly fell in love with her. At that moment Ruby was in her pretiest form, her deep scarlet wings were wide open, her body was glittering with the reflection of diamonds, she was tired and sitting on the diamond studded floor wearing the finest pink ombre fabric. Which was throughly a breathtaking experience for the king.

Hearing some noices around her Ruby wakes up, seeing the king staring at her, the angel was as horified, as the kind was enamored by seeing her beauty. To ease her fear introduced himself and assured her that he would never harm her. He explained his purpose of constructing the tower to her and made an offer to the sweet creature to stay in his kingdom forever. But the angel felt threatened and started weeping. Seeing her pitiful condition king decided to free the angel.

He gave her a blanket to hide herself through the day and promised to return during night and show her the way out. Ruby stopped crying but she was in a fix if she should trust a human or not. As night fell other angels located her but noone dared to step inside the moon to save Ruby, instead they belittled her for defying rules. They tried to use their magic from out side but nothing worked. In the end feeling sorry for her misfortune they left ruby on her fate and went back to fairyland. Ruby at last decided to trust the human, as she had no other choice left with her and also because she had a soft corner in her heart for the kind king. She waited for Aluka for till late, but he did not come. Ruby hopelessly slept on the floor again cursing her fate. When the clock striked 1, king finally reached to Ruby’s help. He entred the moon and walked near the devine being. Although he wanted to watch the beautiful angel sleep but he recalled his promise of freeing her that night. He woke her up and asked her to trust him. Ruby accepted and held the king’s hand which he offered to her. Being a human king Aluka could see the way out very clearly. He escorted the angel out of the moon climbing each stair with somewhat hasitation. He knew he was about to lose his angel still he succumbed for his feeling of pure love towards her. Reaching the last stair he offered the angel to stay with him, this time more assertively then before and with laying bare his heart in front of the pink winged angel. Ruby looked at his face, she knew his proposal was genuine and his heart was pure but she didn’t wanted to commit the same mistake twice. She only accepted the help gracefully and denied his proposal on the grounds that angels can not love humankind.

She walked past the king to get out of the diamond moon first. Breathing the fresh air around her she fluttered her wings and rose above the surface of moon. Now that she knew it was just a trap she couldn’t feel attracted towards it anymore. Thanking king Aluka, she waved goodbye to him once again. Aluka too selflessly let the angel return to her home with a sad smile over his face. She thanked the king and flew away.

Many days passed and other kings were disappointed at how the promising trap failed terribly, because no one else knew about the angel except the king. Aluka was strongly criticised by them for squandering all the money on a useless moon tower which caught nothing except dust. For many days, king couldn’t sleep and eat properly. He was in love with the angel and missed her absence in his life. One night he looked at the moon tower to observe his masterpiece in memory of that beautiful angel he lost. But his happiness knew no bounds when he saw Ruby sitting at the staircase of the moon. He secretly went to meet her without letting anyone know.

The angel was back to Earth only for the king. She said to him not to grieve any longer as she had come to stay. The king proposed again on his knees with the last diamond left in his kingdom, It was an ancestral ring of the royal family, which the angel accepted happily. Then the only barrier was that angels cannot marry a human. Since the king could not be made an angel, Ruby transformed herself into a human by giving up on her magical powers forever. They planned their wedding by the end of one weeks time. And till then everyday they longed for eachother.

This made the lovers realize that no trap in the entire universe is as strong as the bound of love and nothing could be a better craft than a sincere heart. Factually despite the cleaver craftsmanship ofthe moon tower, it couldn’t catch the angel but the selfless love and kindness, which king offered to the angel, sincerely caught her heart. In the end, Ruby, the angel of fierce pink wings, stayed on Earth with her own wishes and all the angels came to attend her marriage to the king. In a weeks time when the wedding ceremonies were going on, the visitors on the brides side, explored the amazing trenches and caverns of earth and fell in love with the place. Along with the mesmarising beauty of Earth beautiful heart of noble men like king Aluka made angels to change their assumptions about the ‘Blue planet’ … Since then magical creatures sometimes visit and even inhabit the deep beautiful forests and beaches of Earth. Since then sending gifts to Earthlings became a known practice in fairyland. And many angels visit our lands till date, to bring gifts to the bloodlines of angels who married on this planet afterall. This is why children all over the world are asked to be kind and sweethearted, so that angels could recognise their hereditary traits in them and give them presents every now and then. And this is the sole reason why Sumanian people recite the advantures of Ruby and King Aluka to their children as bed time stories. Afterall who could guess who are the real heirs of angels amoung all the cute little angels born in form of human babies.

    *Rachel’s Point of View*

    16th July, 2018.

“Malcolm!” I winced in pain as I continued hitting his arm, “Malcolm! OH No!” I almost scratched him with my nails.

“Ow! What the heck! Why are you abusing me at 4am!” he was finally awake.

“Malcolm! Baby!” I held him arm tighter.

“Where?” he looked around the room, “I told you not to watch horror movies while you’re pregnant! There’s no baby here!” he chuckled.

“You dummy,” I shut my eyes, “I’m having a labour pain,” I said.

“What!” he almost jumped, “oh my god, wasn’t the date due on 4 days later?”

“It happens,” I was sweating now, “please, please take me to the doctor,”

“Yes, yeah, okay. Just a minute,” he got up and wore his t-shirt and changed into jeans, “you’re gonna go in this?” he asked looking at my night dress.

“Just take me to the hospital!” I winced.

He struggled but settled me in his car as we drove to the hospital.

“Just breathe!” he put his hand on my lap.

“I want to punch someone,” I said.

“Take a deep breath in and out,” he insisted.

    “Malcolm,” I sighed, “faster, please,”

    He chuckled,

“Gosh,” I snapped, “I’m having a terrible pain and you’re being cheeky and cringe!”

“Sorry, sorry,” he grinned, “Just concentrate on your breathing, do it like they do in the movies and be there with you  and make you feel alright and wipe your face and hold your hands, that’s so romantic!” he cheered.

“Malcolm, babe, I love you but please just shut up right now, please,” I said.

We arrived at the hospital and I was almost done with the pain. The nurse attended me because it was sure an emergency.

“Breathe!” Michael yelled as he kept running and held my hand while I was laid down on a stretcher.

“I love you! You’re going to be fine!” he yelled, “take care of her, don’t hurt her!” he said to the nurse.

“We’ve seen how the mother is more nervous than the father, but this isn’t the case here,” one of them commented.

I just shut my eyes close and felt Malcolm’s lips on my forehead, “I love you,” I said as they rushed me in the room leaving Malcolm behind.

    ***

“Its a girl,” the nurse handed the baby to Malcolm as he just stared in wonder.

    “She’s…She’s beautiful,” he mumbled.

“Her eyes are just like yours,” I smiled weakly.

“Right?” he looked at me and sat next to me, “She’s as beautiful as you,”

I smiled to him as the nurse interrupted us, “What do you want to name her?”

“Christine,” I said and Michael smiled at me. He knew why I named her Christine and I was happy to know how he did not have a problem with him.

“Christine Luke Clifford,” he said as he kissed my forehead.

The nurse returned the smile and left as Michael continued looking at Christine, “I feel like I’m going to break her, she’s so delicate and soft,” he said and turned his head up to me, “can you believe that we finally have a baby?”

“Its unreal,” I smiled back, almost falling asleep, “She’s so beautiful,”

“I agree, you should sleep now. It was one hell of a night for you,” he said and handed the baby to the nurse who came in to check on me.

    “Goodnight, Malcolm,” I said sleepily.

“Rachel.” he grinned at me, “its Luke’s birthday today!”

I was awestruck. Malcolm was so…perfect. He knew how much I’m always going to love Luke and he supported it, he had nothing against it nor did he seem to mind it a bit. He knew how he’d never be the same as Luke because he was Malcolm, and I did love him. I smiled up at Luke and looked at Malcolm, “I love you,” I said.

He smiled and kissed my cheek, “I love you too, Rachel.”

Running Out of Reasons – Epilogue 1.

    *Rachel’s point of view*

    “God saw you getting tired

A cure was not to be,

So He put His arms around you, and whispered, “Come To Me.”

With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you fade away.

Although we loved you dearly,we could not make you stay.

Many times we thought of you, many times we’ve cried,

If love alone could save you, you never would have died.

A golden heart stopped beating, your tender hands at rest,

God took you home to prove to us He only takes the best.

    You never said “I’m leaving”

    You never said “I’m leaving,”

    you never said goodbye,

you were gone before I knew it,

    and only god knew why.

A million times I needed you,

    A million times I cried,

if love alone could save you,

    you never would have died.

In life I loved you dearly,

in death I love you still,

in my heart you hold a place,

that no one could ever fill.

It broke my heart to lose you,

    but you didn’t go alone,

for a part of me went with you,

the day god took you home.”

I read as my eyes filled up, the poem I had written for Luke a week after the funeral. I missed him, a lot. I was almost dead inside, myself. Our story was not like the ones you see in movies, not the ones you wished to want. It was definately not the ones that would make you smile, but our story was beautiful. It wasn’t the way I wanted it to be or Luke wanted it to be, but it was still beautiful. Luke left but he developed a whole new me when he did. I was not happy or sad. I did not have any regrets or complains. I did not cry myself to sleep. I was just numb. I did not care what time it was, or what day it was. It had been a month but I was alsmost lifeless. I had no aim, nothing.

Today was 5sos’ last and final performance, they did not wish to continue after Luke and they did not want to replace him. The fans respected their decision. They had changed too, no matter how much they tried smiling, just for the sake of fans, they weren’t the same old boys I knew. It was fair enough. I wasn’t the same old Rachel, as well. Luke meant something special to all of us and he had taken away a part of us when he left.

“Rachel?” Caleb’s voice got me back to reality. I was sitting backstage, grabbing my stuff. I was leaving today, I did not want to continue this job since everything only reminded me of Luke.

“Yeah, I’m done,” I said as I turned back to him.

“We’re performing our last concert,” he said.

“Goodluck,” I simply replied and started to leave.

“Rachel!” He called out and stared at me blankly, “aren’ you coming with us?” he asked.

    “Its pointless,” I sighed.

“Really?!” He snapped, “Luke gave his life for you,”

“Caleb!” Malcolm entered the room and walked upto him, “don’t you start that again,”

“Why?” Caleb pushed Malcolm in frustration, “My best friend gave up his life for her and she’s here acting numb and dead! That’s not why he gave up his life!”

“Caleb, she will cope up! Can you stop being such an arrogant person?” Malcolm was so mad at Caleb, I could feel the tension radiating off both of them.

“You always think I’m wrong! But I’m just asking her to make it worth and live! Live for Gods sake! Nobody knows how to live, that’s the funny part. But you still have to. Luke’s life wasn’t worthless and he gave it away for you. You’re not going to sit here and waste it away,” he said, almost cracking up. He put his hands on my shoulders, “I know its tough and I know I’m being an asshole, but all I want to say is please don’t let it all go to waste. Luke really loved you and he wanted you to do well in life, it was his last wish for you to continue living, so please, just respect that,” he said and walked out.

He was right. I shouldn’t be wasting my life away, I was going to try and live just like Luke wanted me to, even if it was tough and even if it was too hard for me to even breathe right now.

Malcolm walked towards me and embraced me in a hug, I hated human touch eversince Luke passed away but I needed this hug more than ever so I gave in and hugged him back, “its going to be okay, Rachel, its going to be okay,” he rubbed my back.

I just hoped he’s right and how it would all be okay.

  • Running Out of Reasons – Chapter 15.

Running Out of Reasons – Chapter 15.

I didn’t know how to face my family. It had been awhile since I spoke to them. My relations with my mom weren’t the best, and I always chose to avoid her. But me and dad got along well. Luke had transferred the money right away and my brother was in ICU, I had no idea how to expect this meeting to be like…I had no clue how to react by seeing my family after two years, that too with Luke. I tried telling myself that I was okay, and Luke was going to be there with me. I tried to not overthink but there was something about this day that was wrong. My inner self wasn’t sure about today and I was scared that we picked the wrong day to meet my family. Something in me was panicking when I did not even know what was wrong.

“Luke?” I called out as we walked out of the apartment with our bags, going to the airport.

“Yeah?” He held my hand and we walked out on the street.

“I’m panicking for no reason..” I trailed off.

“Babe, it’s going to be okay. Don’t stress so much, your family will be glad to see you,” he kissed my cheek.

I did not know what to say. I wasn’t exactly sure if it was my family that was bothering me this minute. It was something else. I often get instincts when something isn’t going right, but maybe I’m just too orthodox, maybe I’m just stressing and being way too clingy about this entire thing. Maybe I’m just so deluded that I think everything is wrong right now. Maybe its just the anxiety of meeting my family after two years that’s taking over me. I toook a deep breath and finally smiled to Luke and pecked his lips. He made me feel at ease, and as cringe as it may sound, he made me feel like everything is okay when its clearly not. Trust me, before I had met Luke, it was different. I thought all of this was really bullshit. Its not like I did hook ups, honestly, the only person I ever had been around with no feelings was Michael. Its not like I had too many boyfriends, I had only dates one guy seriously in my life. Now, it’s two. Because Luke was different. I was so wrong about him. I had so many reasons as though why he’s an asshole and why he’s no good for me, but honestly, he’s too good for me.

“Rachel?” His voice brought me back to reality,

“Yeah, Luke?” I turned to him.

“I forgot my bottle, stay here and I’ll grab it and be back?” he said.

“Sure,” I smiled as he walked away.

I stood there aimlessly, I was just thinking about where the boys were, weren’t they gonna be with us till the airport? Maybe they just woke up late. I literally did not have the time to go and see them. I really wanted to see Michael before I left because we were close and he had guided me through the relationship whenever I had my doubts. I started walking aimlessly on the street, it was quite silent today, I pulled in my headphones and played King For A Day by Pierce The Veil as I walked towards the bus stop and peeped around everything. I was totally tuned out of reality and only just concentration on Vic. The song ended as Back Seat Seranade by All Time Low started playing. I couldn’t even describe how much I love All Time Low and this song was my favorite. I did not want to know what my life would be like without the existence of this song. As I was just only listening to Alex Gaskarth in the middle of the street, going back to the spot where Luke had asked me to wait, I felt a massive weight on my body as I was thrown away on the other side of the road. I hurt my head and it was a total black out, my headphones were lying somewhere and my whole body froze as I lift my head up to the opposite side of the street. I wasn’t sure if I was hallucinating or this was just a big nightmare, though I wish it was. Luke was laying there, bleeding as he just got hit by a car. I couldn’t move, I couldn’t say a word. As much as I tried to lift my body up, I was just there, on the ground. Wincing in pain. I don’t know what hurt more, the fact that I couldn’t go up there and help Luke, or the fact that Luke saved me and got hit by a car. I heard the boys and Liz yell and scream as they ran toward Luke, I tried to force myself to get up as I almost gave in all my strength to stand up. I took little steps but just my luck, I fell down again. Malcolm saw me struggling as he ran toward me and held me in his arms. He kept yelling to Caleb, “CALL THE AMBULANCE! CALL 911! NOW!” But Caleb wouldn’t budge. He just stood there, seeing Luke, his eyes filling up.

“Malcolm, his breathing is slow!” Ashton gasped.

Liz just sat there aimlessly, not being able to believe what had happened. Malcolm put me down on next to Luke as I sat up and buried my head in his chest and began crying.

“YOU GUYS SHOULD CALL THE AMBULANCE, GIVE ME YOUR PHONE ASHTON!” Malcolm was panicking, as he grabbed Ashton’s phone rudely and called the ambulance.

“Luke?” I cried, “Luke, please, please keep breathing,” I sobbed as I could feel his breathing get slow.

“Luke, please!” I cried harder, “talk to me! Luke talk to me!” I started hitting him. I did not know what I was doing, I could feel him get away from me and I did not want to lose another important person from my life.

“Luke, man, the ambulance will be here in no time, just talk to us,” Malcolm sat down next to me.

“Malcolm, he won’t talk! Why won’t he talk!” I screamed, “Why didn’t you let me die? Nobody even needs me! I’m so stupid, Luke, why!”

“Rachell..” Luke managed to say, “I- I lo-ve you,” he said, having trouble breathing.

“I love you, Luke, I love you, keep talking to me, okay?” I said as I ran my hand around his face.

“Listen, listen to me,” he held me hand as he winced in pain, “you – you are amazing,” he took heavy breaths, “and – and I want you to move on if I’m no more -”

“NO! NO! The ambulance will be here! Shut up! We’re gonna get married, remember?” I cried.

“Malcolm,” Luke called out, struggling, “take – take care of – of her,” that’s all I heard from Luke as he took a final breath and I knew, I knew he was gone.

“NO!” Malcolm was crying too, “Luke, man! Wake up, Luke, the ambulance is here, Luke, don’t leave me. I need somebody to beat me up in video games, please! Luke, stop playing around!” he yelled.

“He’s gone,” Caleb said, “he’s gone!” he screamed, “Why couldn’t you see and cross?” he yelled at me.

“Liz!” Ashton ran over to Liz who passed out as soon as Caleb said Luke was gone, “hey! you!” he called out at the nurse and took Liz in the ambulance as the other people came over to pick Luke’s body.

“Caleb, calm yourself,” Malcolm put his hands on Caleb’s shoulder.

“Calm myself? He was my best friend! He’s no more because he saved her! Doesn’t she know how to cross?!” he yelled.

“Caleb, now is not the time, get yourself together. Its not her fault,” Malcolm said sternly.

“Not her fault?” Caleb cried, “he was my best friend! My best friend!”

“I know, I know,” Michael’s voice cracked as Caleb hugged him, crying on his shoulder, “he was our best friend,”

“He’s gone. He was just having a banter with us a second ago, and now he’s gone, he’s gone!” Caleb sobbed.

I ran into the apartment as I heard Malcolm call for my name, I knew he’d come after me so I locked the door and ran into mine and Luke’s room and opened my wardrobe, I threw every piece of clothing I ever had just to find the paper I was looking for. I finally got hold of the paper and I read it all over again.

Reasons to not be with Luke Hemmings:

    1) Playful relations with Michael.

    2) Luke is arrogant

    3) Luke is known as a bad boy, and has a flop image.

    4) Luke’s ego is bigger than mine.

    5) Luke doesn’t give me importance.

    6) Luke makes me feel bad.

    7) Luke has a bad temper.

    8) Luke was obsessed with me.

    9) Luke was a jerk.

    10) Luke was immature.

    11) Luke did not understand the way I live my life.

    12) Luke was too famous for my own good.

    13) Luke’s fans was crazy.

    14) Luke was too in love with me.

    15) Luke has commitment problems.

    16) I did not know Luke enough.

    17) Luke was stupid.

    18) Luke would probably leave me without an explanation.

I could not believe the last reason I wrote. After writing absolute dumb reasons, it was the last reason that turned out to be true. Luke, why did you leave me? You’re never coming back. Luke, I’m sorry, I kept saying. I’m sorry I did not value you in our relationship. Just come back… Once.

I tore that paper into pieces and threw it away, crying insanely as I heard his voice echo in my ear “Even after having a hundred reasons why you shouldn’t be in love with me, I’ll give you one why you should be which will make you forget every damn reason you ever had,”

  • Running Out of Reasons – Chapter 14.

Running Out of Reasons – Chapter 14.

    *Rachel’s Point of View*

Obviously I did not get an advance. Obviously I couldn’t help my dad. This sucked. Everything around me was falling apart and it would be of great help if my ego would ease up with me, but that wasn’t the case. My ego was held high up, so high that I couldn’t even reach it now. It annoyed me so much, I wish I could just tell someone about my problem but it wasn’t all that easy for me. Not just my ego, I was the last person to talk about myself and draw attention to myself. I hardly ever spoke about my problems, unless I was talking to my best friend, and my best friend wasn’t here with me right now so I did not have anyone to talk to.

Luke entered the room after about 5 minutes and sat down next to me, “how was your day?” he asked.

    “Fine,” I replied, “yours?”

“It was fine, you okay?” He questioned.

“All good,” I tried to smile.

“What’s bothering you, Rachel?” he asked me in a serious tone.

“Nothing!” I faked a huge grin my face.

“Oh, stop it. I know there’s something bothering you, you can share it with me, you know?”

“I know, I know. Its nothing big, don’t worry,” I said.

“Really? Then why were you crying in the bathroom?” he raised his eyebrow.

    “When?!” I gasped.

“In the morning, I know you were, don’t try to tell me otherwise,”

“Its nothing like that, Luke, I missed my family, that’s all,” I insisted.

“Rachel, seriously? I heard you crying, can you quit lying?” he was annoyed.

“I’m not lying! It’s seriously nothing,”

“You know what? Just forget that huge ego of yours. Is it so bad to discuss your problems with your boyfriend?”

“Stop getting mad at me! Don’t talk to me like that!” I snapped.

“Yeah? How about I don’t talk to you at all?” He laughed sarcastically.

    “Even better!”

“Why don’t you trust me!” He yelled.

“Its not like I don’t trust you, Luke,” I replied calmly, “I’m having trouble, okay?” I finally said.

    “Share it with me,”

“My brother is dying and I don’t have enough money to help him,” I said quickly as I shut my eyes, I could feel the tears forming in my eyes.

“I’ll help you,” He said as he came closer to me.

“No!” I almost cried, “No! You can’t!”

“Why? Rachel, don’t be so stubborn, its about your family right now,”

“Luke, its a high amount, I can’t take your help. The management isn’t giving me an advance, I don’t know what to do!” I sobbed.

“Rachel,” he held me and I rested my head in his chest, “Look, babe, relax. I’m here, okay? Take my help. You can pay back, even if you don’t have to. But, right now, take my help, please?”

“I love you,” I said, “I will pay you back, I promise.”

    “Okay, now calm down, please?”

    “I’m scared,” I cried.

“Don’t be, you want to meet your brother?” he cupped my face.

“Yes,” I nodded, “I want to. I want to, so bad,”

“Okay,” he kissed my cheek, “we’ll go together, okay?”

“But the management..” I said in a small voice.

“My mom will handle it,” he assured.

“Thank you so much, Luke” I hugged him tighter.

“You’re such an idiot,” he said into the hug, “you’ve been going through so much since morning and you didn’t tell me,”

“I didn’t want to bother you, honestly,” I sniffed.

“Your silence bothers me much more than the real problem, Rachel,” he said in low voice.

Damn, Luke Hemmings I’m in love with you. Madly.

The only reason why I wish I wasn’t dating you is because… you’re too good for me.
