Chapter 51: A Great Achievement

Date: 25^th July 2012, Tuesday

Place: Pazhamathur

 

Pugazhendhi went to the kitchen to prepare food for him.

He prepared rice upma for his dinner.

 

He finished his dinner at 9 O clock.

He came to his bedroom.

 

He took his mobile phone and saw.

There were 10 missed calls from Prabhu.

 

Then only he realized that he kept the phone in silent mode before starting to read the diary.

He called back to Prabhu.

 

Prabhu answered the call,” what man? Why did you not pick the call?”

Pugazhendhi said, “I was in an important job, where are you?”

 

Prabhu said, “Today I came to Chennai”

Pugazhendhi said,”Oh that is why you did not come here”

 

Prabhu said, “Yes”

Pugazhendhi asked, “Anything special?”

 

Prabhu said,”mmm…nothing, what about the position there?”

Pugazhendhi said, “the case is almost solved, but the villains are not dead completely”

 

Prabhu asked, “Why?”

Pugazhendhi said, “If I am correct, we have destroyed 80% of the team of business thieves”

 

Prabhu asked, “What about the balance 20%?”

Pugazhendhi said, “I don’t know, but if we leave them, they will grow again”

 

Prabhu said,”Hmmm…you said something about a vehicle number today morning”

Pugazhendhi said, “Yes, a photographer helped me to find out the owner of the vehicle”

 

Prabhu asked, “What? A photographer? How?”

Pugazhendhi said, “That guy stationed his camera near udayambakkam to film snakes”

 

Prabhu said,”ok”

Pugazhendhi said, “but, he got captured the tempo of the business thieves”

 

Prabhu said, “You mean to say that, he stationed the camera during day and night”

Pugazhendhi said, “Yes, it was an automatic camera”

 

Prabhu said,”ok”

Pugazhendhi said, “Then, he has watched the output throughout the night”

 

Prabhu said,”ok”

Pugazhendhi said, “On seeing the fire in the car shed, he got doubt about the incident”

 

Prabhu said,”Ok, great”

Pugazhendhi said, “So, he came straight away to my office”

 

Prabhu said, “Excellent”

Pugazhendhi said, “in that video, the registration number of the tempo was very clear”

 

Prabhu said, “My goodness”

Pugazhendhi said, “After his visit, we immediately got the special team with Kannan”

 

Prabhu said,”Oh!”

Pugazhendhi said, “So, we made a direct hit”

 

Prabhu asked, “What happened next?”

Pugazhendhi said, “Many of the special team officers were dead”

 

Prabhu said,”oh! I see”

Pugazhendhi said, “The guy’s name was Muthuraman”

 

Prabhu said,”oh”

Pugazhendhi said, “When we enquired him, he spoke out viswanath’s name”

 

Prabhu said,”mmm”

Pugazhendhi said, “Then we kept security guards at Muthuraman’s house”

 

Pugazhendhi added, “And then we went to viswanath’s hide out”

Prabhu said,”ok”

 

Pugazhendhi said,” There the special team and the robots had a tough fight”

Prabhu said,”mmm…ok”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “At that time a bomb explosion happened”

Prabhu exclaimed,”Oh! My god”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “Our officers got killed in that operation”

Prabhu said,”mm…So sad”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “I and Kannan then jumped into the warehouse campus”

Prabhu said,”oh! You took risk”

 

Pugazhendhi said,”mmm…yes”

Prabhu said,”oh!”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “But, this Viswanath has initiated some kind of self-destruction bomb”

Prabhu said, “Son of hell”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “Yes, he is a son of the hell”

Prabhu asked, “Then what happened?”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “Then we ran out of the campus”

“When we came back to check in Muthuraman’s house, we found him and the guards dead”, said Pugazhendhi.

 

Prabhu said,”oh! Who could have done that?”

Pugazhendhi said,”Rawat’s group”

 

Prabhu asked,”Rawat is already dead right?”

Pugazhendhi said, “No, I have a strong evidence that he is alive”

 

Prabhu said,”Oh! My god”

Pugazhendhi said, “But at this stage, I don’t want to tell you about the evidence”

 

Prabhu asked, “Do you suspect me?”

Pugazhendhi said, “No, I want to maintain silence about it”

 

Prabhu said, “Then as you wish”

Pugazhendhi said, “Sorry man”

 

Prabhu asked, “No problem, ok then do you need my presence there in this week?”

Pugazhendhi said, “You are not required now”

 

Prabhu said,”Ok! Take care”

Pugazhendhi said, “If required, I will tell you”

 

Prabhu said,’mmm…ok”

Pugazhendhi said,”Ok, I am getting sleep now”

 

Prabhu said,”Ok good night, bye”

Pugazhendhi said, “Bye”

 

The phone call got disconnected. Pugazhendhi fell on his bed to sleep. This time, his mind was very clear. He was not having any confusions. He felt like he did a great achievement.

But many of his colleagues don’t know what kind of achievement he has done.

 

He did not want them to know.

The only dissatisfaction which he had was that “Rawat is still alive”

Chapter 50: A Secret Diary

Date: 25th July 2012, Tuesday

Place: Pazhamathur and Chennai

From that day onwards, I was joining him in every theft he made. Later I discovered that He was not alone.

The major share of the stolen amount, he handed over to a guy named Farooq.day by day I got introduced to Farooq also.

 

Then after some more days, I discovered that Sirish and Farooq had another Boss.

His Name was Rawat.Sirish introduced me to Rawat also one day.

I realized that it was a big network then only. They did it everything in a planned manner.

The robots got supplied by somebody else. That got known by Rawat only.

Our Game got disturbed by the team of Pugazhendhi and Kannan.

They interrupted our whole process.

 

Farooq and Viswanath were partners in a business.
When the police discovered us, Farooq and Viswanath tried to escape to Tiruvannamalai.

On their way, Rawat called Viswanath and instructed him to kill Farooq.

Viswanath Killed Farooq using the monkey robot. They left the knife in his body.

Viswanath returned to Chennai after killing Farooq.

The Police never knew that Viswanath was in our circle. So their doubt was on Sirish and Rawat.

I was with Sirish Kumar during these events.

Later Sirish Kumar introduced me to Viswanath.

While Solomon got dead, I and Sirish Kumar were at a distance of 1 km from our Ramapuram house.

We operated the monkey robot and killed Solomon using a grenade.

Since Sirish Kumar’s house got discovered by the police, we operated from Rawat’s house after that.

 

During those days, I got closer to Rawat. Rawat and Viswanath also became very close.

 

The discovery of Farooq’s house by Pugazhendhi became a big trouble to Rawat.

Because a major part of the looted amount got stored in the underground room of Farooq’s house.
I did not know why they were attacking the food materials in the hotels.

Rawat did not tell anyone of us the reason for that. It got known by him only. May be he could have some business partner, who wanted the downfall of those hotel owners.

When Pugazhendhi identified the money in Farooq’s house, we were all watching it from Rawat’s house.

At that time, Rawat and Sirish got into a hot argument.

In that argument, Rawat shot Sirish Kumar. I and Viswanath were not able to control him.

Later Rawat saw that the police were approaching his house. Rawat asked us to run away from the house.

I and Viswanath immediately ran out of the house and escaped through a car.

Rawat used Sirish Kumar’s blood all over his body and created a dummy bullet wound in his own body.
Rawat placed a bomb in Sirish Kumar’s body.

When the police discovered Rawat and Sirish Kumar, they ran off from the place and waited outside.

In that small gap of time, Rawat used an underground vent in his house to escape.
After exiting his house, he bombed the house.
So, when the police ran forward, Rawat got up and escaped through the backyard.

Since the house got burnt into ashes, they were not able to discover two bodies.
Sirish Kumar’s dead body got torn into many pieces and got burnt.

So the police declared that both of them were dead.
But from then on again Rawat took control of the Business thieves.
He was again controlling me and Viswanath.

Both of us had no other option, we co-operated with him. I don’t know about Viswanath.

But, I came to this path by mistake. So I am writing this diary. I want to share my thoughts with somebody in this world. But I have nobody whom I can trust. So, I am writing this diary.

 

 

“The police gave us a name as Business thieves, which means stealing others business.

I have become a member of those guys, whom the Police call as Business Thieves. I like this name, I get good money here, and I get good women here, yes! Yes! I am a Business Thief!”

 

Pugazhendhi completed reading the diary.

He got clear that who was still operating the Business thieves.

It was Rawat.

 

The same Rawat, whom they thought to be dead.

It was 8 O clock in the night when Pugazhendhi completed reading the diary.

 

Pugazhendhi thanked the dead Muthuraman for writing such a secret diary.

Pugazhendhi said,”Oh! My God, the God has saved me at last”

Chapter 49: An Ultimate Thief

Date: 25th July 2012, Tuesday

Place: Pazhamathur and Chennai

I slept in his house on that night, since I had no other option.

“2nd January 2012”

 

I woke up at 7 O clock in the morning. Sirish Kumar was still sleeping in the bed. I took a bag and kept the 2 Crore rupees in it. I thought of paying the money to the textile shop owner. Since I had taken advance from him, I need to settle it. But, the fact was that I need to the textile shop owner Rs.1 Crore only.

 

Because he paid me an advance of Rs.1 Crore. My Vendor offered me the full stock at a price of Rs.1.5 Crore. Hence my profit was Rs. 50 lakhs in that full deal. Now I had to return the Rs.1 Crore to the textile shop owner. For the vendor, I need to pay Rs. 50 lakhs. So, when I calculated, I got a balance of Rs.50 lakhs in my hand. I did not want Sirish to know that fact. I thought of keeping the balance money for myself. So, I thought of not telling it to Sirish Kumar.

 

I woke him up by shaking his shoulders.

He woke up and asked, “What is the matter, sir?”

 

I said, “I need to go now”

He said,”Ok sir, come tonight also, we may have another job”

 

I said,”Ok “

After that, I came out of his house with the bag of money.

 

I got into my car and went to my house in chrome pet.

From there, I called the textile shop owner and informed him that, I will settle the advance amount.

 

He asked me for the reason. I said that there was some unavoidable problem.

He sent his person to collect the cash from me.

 

I gave the cash to him, by confirming his identity with the textile shop owner through the telephone.

My problem got solved within 12 O clock on that day.

 

I took my mobile and called to Sirish Kumar.

Sirish Kumar answered the call, “Hello sir”

 

I said, “Sirish, My problem got solved”

Sirish Kumar said, “Great sir, enjoy the day”

 

I said, “I must thank you only”

Sirish Kumar said, “No problem sir, do you know where I am?”

 

I asked, “Where are you?”

Sirish Kumar said, “I am in Sahana’s house”

 

I exclaimed, “What? What are you doing there?”

Sirish Kumar said, “I was sharing bed with her”

 

I astonished,”Oh! My god”

Sirish Kumar laughed,”Ha! Ha! Ha!”

 

I asked, “Is she near you?”

Sirish Kumar said, “No she has gone to prepare tea for me”

 

I asked, “How did you do that man?”

Sirish Kumar said, “morning after you left, I came here. I asked her rate for a day”

 

I said,”Oh! My god”

Sirish Kumar said, “And I finalized for 3 Lakhs”

 

I asked, “Is she aware of the theft?”

Sirish Kumar said, “Yes, morning when I came, She was very tensed and shouting at her maid”

 

I said,”Oho”

Sirish Kumar said, “But, after my negotiation session, she came with me. I can feel a tension in her mind”

 

I said, “You are an ultimate thief”

Sirish Kumar said, “Thank you, sir”

 

I said, “You stole her, and you are sharing her bed. Then you are going to pay her using her own money”

Sirish Kumar said, “Life is a cycle sir”

 

I said, “What a Philosophy”

Sirish Kumar said,”Ok, she is coming, I will catch you later”

 

I said,”Ok bye”

The phone call got disconnected.

Chapter 48: A Small matter

Date: 25th July 2012, Tuesday

Place: Pazhamathur and Chennai

Sirish Kumar operated the robot by sitting inside the car. I wondered whether that was some kind of magic.

He was even able to see the locations, where the robot was moving. Since there was a camera

Fixed in the robot, it was showing its locations on his screen.

He accessed the bedroom of Sahana. Sahana was sleeping in her bed. The robot scanned the room.

 

There was a bunch of keys lying on a table near her bed. He made the robot to pick that bunch of keys. He made the robot to come out of her room.

The robot again searched for the bureau. It was in another bedroom. The robot went and inserted the keys into the bureau’s keyhole.

 

The robot opened the bureau.

The bureau was full of money.

 

Sirish made the robot to scan the room for the availability of any bags.

Yes, it found a bag. Sirish made the robot to pick the bag and keep it before the bureau.

 

Sirish made the robot to pull out all the money and place it in that bag.

It took 20 minutes for the robot to fill the bag with that money.

 

After that, the robot closed the door.

Sirish made the robot to lock the bureau.

 

After that, he made the robot to keep the keys back in the same table of Sahana’s bedroom.

The robot came back and lifted the bag of money.

 

I was watching all these through Sirish’s remote control laptop.

After three minutes the robot came to our car.

 

When it reached near the car, Sirish converted it back to cube form.

It dropped the bag and came inside the car.

 

Sirish got down from the car and lifted the bag full of money.

He placed the bag inside the car.

 

I was not able to believe that, the theft was almost over.

He waited in silence for two minutes.

 

Then he started the car and left the place.

After half an hour we were in Ramapuram.

We entered his house.

 

He locked the door from inside.

I said, “You, crazy fellow, you have done as you said”

 

Sirish Kumar said, “This is a small matter for me”

I exclaimed, “What? Is this a small matter for you?”

 

Sirish Kumar said, “Yes”

Sirish Kumar opened the bag and started to count the money.

 

After half an hour, he separated Rs.2 Crore from the full money.

He gave the Rs.2 Crore to me.

 

I said, “No! No! I don’t want”

Sirish asked, “What is this sir, you said ok to me first, but now you are backing off?”

 

I said, “this is a stolen money, do you know how painful will it be for that Sahana?”

Sirish said, “She is a pimp and a prostitute sir”

 

I asked, “So what?”

Sirish Kumar said, “That means, she has cheated many people and earned this money”

 

I said, “So, you say that we can steal her”

Sirish Kumar said,” She cannot give a case for this”

 

I exclaimed, “Oh! I didn’t think from that point of view”

Sirish Kumar said, “Sir, we steal only those people who cheat the society”

 

He gave the money to me.

I was not sure whether to accept the money or not, but I accepted it.

Chapter 47: Pure Silence

Date: 25^th July 2012, Tuesday

I thought that he was a child playing with some kind of toy. At that time, he received a phone call. He attended the call.

 

Sirish Kumar said, “Hello Farooq sir”

Farooq said, “Hello Sirish”

 

Sirish Kumar asked, “Where is my today’s assignment?”

Farooq said, “Your today’s assignment will be in Triplicane”

 

Sirish Kumar asked, “Where is the target?”

Farooq said, “The target is Sahana”

 

Sirish Kumar asked, “Who is Sahana?”

Farooq said, “She is a high-class prostitute and a pimp”

 

Sirish Kumar asked, “Why are we targeting her?”

Farooq said, “My sources reveal that she is at present having Rs. 5 Crore in her house locker”

 

Sirish Kumar asked, “Where will be the keys?”

Farooq said, “She and the keys are in the same house”

 

Sirish Kumar asked, “What is our advantage on today’s attack?”

Farooq said, “Today she is alone, her partners are out of station”

 

Sirish Kumar said,”ok, message me her address”

Farooq said,”Ok”

 

The phone call got disconnected.

I asked, “What were you talking about?”

 

Sirish Kumar said, “Nothing sir, it is our business”

I said, “It looked like you were telling about Rs. 5 crores”

 

Sirish Kumar said,”hmm…yes”

I asked, “And something like an attack”

 

Sirish Kumar said, “Yes, that is our business”

I exclaimed, “You mean theft?”

 

Sirish Kumar said, “Yes sir”

I shouted, “I won’t co-operate for that”

 

Sirish Kumar said, “tomorrow morning I will give you Rs.2 crores”

His offer made me think.

 

I asked, “Are you sure, will you give me?”

Sirish Kumar said, “Come with me this one night, and tomorrow morning I will give you the money”

 

The desire for money made me say “yes” to his offer.

I said,”Ok, tell me what I should do?”

 

Sirish Kumar said, “You come as a driver to my car, rest of the things I will take care”

I said,”Ok”

 

Sirish Kumar said,”Ok, we will start from here at 11 O clock”

I said,”Ok”

 

We waited till 11 O clock in the night. Then he converted the robot back into a small cube. Both of us got up from our seat and went out of the house. I left my car in the house. Both of us got into his BMW car. I took charge of the wheels. I drove the car to Triplicane. After reaching Triplicane, he guided me with the address which he had got on his mobile phone.

 

We reached a street which was very dark and no people were on the street. He asked me to stop the car. I stopped the car. He asked me to switch off all the lights of the car. I did so. He asked me to observe silence for a few minutes. In that night, we both of us observed silence.

After 10 minutes, he lowered the glasses of the window next to him. He operated the control device of the robot.

 

The cube started from the car and flew outside. He directed it into the house nearby.

I thought that it was the house of that Sahana, whom they were talking about.

Everything was happening in pure silence.

 

My heart was beating very fast at that time. I did not believe that I was assisting a theft.

Chapter 46: The Power to Get

Date: 25^th July 2012, Tuesday

Place: Pazhamathur and Chennai

I asked, “I don’t know who you are, then why should I come to your home?”

Sirish Kumar said, “You will get money in crores”

 

I exclaimed, “What?”

Sirish Kumar said, “Tomorrow morning, I will settle your losses”

 

I said, “How is it possible man?”

Sirish Kumar said, “That is why I ask you to come to my home”

 

I asked, “Where is your home?”

Sirish Kumar said, “My house is in Ramapuram”

 

I said,”Ok, I will come with you, but if you try to fool me, I will not bear it”

Sirish Kumar said, “Sir, please trust me, you will get good benefits”

 

I said,”Ok”

After paying the bill we came out of the Bar.

 

Sirish Kumar had a BMW car parked in the parking lot. On seeing the BMW car only, I believed that he was worth for crores.

Sirish Kumar said, “Sir, please follow my car to Ramapuram”

 

I said,”Ok, I will”

 

He got inside his car and started the car. I followed him using my car. We reached his house at 9 O clock in the night. The house was a bungalow type house. He was staying alone in that house. Both of us entered the house. He closed the house from inside. He asked me to sit on the sofa in the Hall which was on the ground floor.

I sat in the place where he pointed at. He went to the first floor and got refreshed and came down after 15 minutes.

 

I asked, “Please tell me now, what is your business?”

Sirish Kumar said, “Please wait sir”

 

He went inside a room in the ground floor and came back with a hand held small laptop.

 

I asked, “What is it?”

Sirish Kumar said, “This is a control device”

 

I asked, “What kind of control device?”

Sirish Kumar said, “It can control a robotic device”

 

I got eager on that matter.

I asked him, “Please explain me more on this?”

Sirish Kumar said, “See now I am going to operate a robot”

 

Saying so, he pressed some of the buttons in his remote control laptop. A small flying object came from the first floor to the ground floor. I got astonished on seeing the flying object. It was a cube shaped object and very small in size. He was able to see its position on his screen. He again did give some commands using his keypad. The object got converted into a monkey shaped robot. He then gave some commands in his control device. The monkey robot started to move around and do many activities according to his commands.

 

I asked, “What is this Sirish?”

Sirish Kumar said, “Sir, this is an advanced model robot”

 

I asked, “How come you are having this in your house?”

Sirish Kumar said, “That is my business secret”

 

I asked, “In this city, I can’t even imagine such a kind of advancement”

Sirish Kumar said, “If you explore, you can get what you want”

 

I said, “You seem to be a very young guy, but how are you able to have this much rich properties”

Sirish Kumar said, “I have all the power to get them”

Chapter 45: My first meet with Sirish Kumar

Date: 25th July 2012, Tuesday

Place: Pazhamathur and Teynampet

 

(Pugazhendhi reads the diary of Muthuraman in the following chapters. until the story of Muthuraman ends, it will get narrated from the viewpoint of Muthuraman)

Pugazhendhi turned to the first page of the diary.

 

He started to read from the beginning.

“January 1, 2012”

 

“A Truck of mine encountered an accident. It collided with an Oil tanker. Both the trucks and oil tanker got burnt together.”

“My truck got loaded with Sarees. Those Sarees got proposed for delivery to a Textile Showroom.”

 

“I was not able to bear the loss. I cried all the day”

“I went to a Bar to have a drink. The Bar got located in Teynampet. The Name of the Bar was the Fancy bar. All classes of people used to visit that bar.”

 

“I ordered my wine and side dishes and waited. At that time a guy came and sat before me in front of my table.”

I asked,” Why did you come and sit at my table?”

 

He replied,” your new friend”

I asked, “What is your name?”

 

He said, “Sirish Kumar”

That was the first time; I met this guy Sirish Kumar.

 

I said, “I don’t want any new friend”

Sirish Kumar said, “Life always needs a dependency sir”

 

I said, “Why do I need a dependency?”

Sirish Kumar said, “People coming to a bar to have a wine, always have a sad story to share”

 

I said, “I don’t have such kind of sad stories”

Sirish Kumar said, “Your face is not in happiness at present”

 

I asked, “What do you want man?”

Sirish Kumar said, “What is your problem sir”

 

I said, “My truck met with an accident”

Sirish Kumar exclaimed,”Oh! My god”

 

I said, “I have got a loss of Rs.2 Crore”

Sirish Kumar asked, “Haven’t you insured your goods?”

 

I said, “I placed the order yesterday only and the delivery to the client was urgent, so I skipped the insurance part”

Sirish Kumar said, “Why are you doing business in a hurry?”

 

I said, “It was my mistake”

Sirish Kumar said, “See, the God is always watching your action”

 

I asked, “What do you mean?”

Sirish Kumar said, “Insuring your goods is your mandatory duty, and you skipped it”

 

Sirish Kumar said, “So the god’s punishment is immediate”

I said, “You are adding fuel to the fire”

 

Sirish Kumar said, “Sorry sir, I explained the reality”

“The words he was speaking looked like he was a person of great knowledge. I started to admire him.”

 

I asked,”hmmm…then, what else do you know about this universal law?”

Sirish Kumar said,”I know that you need a new business”

 

I said,”Yes, of course”

Sirish Kumar said,”and you need a big change so that you balance your accounts within this week”

 

I said,”Oh! My god, you are a genius”

Sirish Kumar said, “Will you join me in business”

 

I asked, “What is the business?”

Sirish Kumar said, “We will not discuss the business here”

 

I asked, “Where will we discuss then?”

Sirish Kumar said, “Come to my home”

Chapter 44: A Group of Psychos

Date: 25th July 2012, Tuesday

Place: Pazhamathur

 

It was morning 9 O clock.

Kannan, Pugazhendhi and other officers were present in the Pazhamathur Police station.

 

Kannan said, “So, the case has almost come to an end”

Pugazhendhi said,”Mmm…I don’t think so”

 

Kannan asked, “Why do you say so?”

Pugazhendhi said, “Still we have the killers of Muthuraman in the field”

 

Kannan said, “Yes, I accept that, but what I mean to say is about the Viswanath’s team”

Pugazhendhi said, “Yes, I can accept that Viswanath’s team of business thieves are dead”

 

Kannan said,”hmmm, with a loss of our officers lives”

Pugazhendhi said,”Hmm…yes sir”

 

Kannan said, “The death of Muthuraman is a thunderbolt to us”

Pugazhendhi said, “If we are patient, we can find the killers soon”

 

Kannan asked, “How do you say that?”

Pugazhendhi said, “Now, they will not keep quiet, so they will try to operate again”

 

Kannan said,”hmmm….yes”

Pugazhendhi said, “So we will wait for their next move”

 

Kannan said, “Already I have lost many officers “

Pugazhendhi said, “Sir, we have not found the Manilal Mehta’s diamonds and Somanathan’s money”

 

Kannan said, “They found nothing like that in the remains of warehouse”

Pugazhendhi said, “Yes, if diamonds were there, at least we could have found them”

 

Kannan said,”Ok, I need to go to Chennai now, I will contact you through telephone”

Pugazhendhi said,”Ok sir”

 

Kannan said, “We will investigate the full background of Viswanath so that we can get some clues”

Pugazhendhi said,” We can’t find the diamonds”

 

Pugazhendhi added,” So the friends of Viswanath could have escaped”

Kannan said,”mmm…let us see, ok bye”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “Bye sir”

Kannan left Pugazhendhi’s cabin.

 

Pugazhendhi was sitting alone in his cabin.

After that, Pugazhendhi was responding to official emails.

Those emails were from officers who asked clarifications for the business thieves’ case.

Pugazhendhi was giving replies to them in a safe and secure manner.

 

The day passed in a slow manner.

Pugazhendhi did not have any case on that day.

 

He felt free without cases on that day.

At evening 5 O clock, Pugazhendhi left the office.

 

He reached his house.

He took a bath and prepared coffee for himself.

 

He took the coffee and went to the upstairs.

He kept the coffee on the table and opened the bureau.

 

He took the blue diary of Muthuraman.

He closed the bureau and came near the table.

 

He sat in a chair before the table and took the coffee cup.

He sipped on the coffee and opened the diary.

 

He saw that most of the pages got written.

He opened the last page of the diary.

 

He read the last paragraph of Muthuraman’s writings.

 

It said, “The police gave us a name as Business thieves, which means stealing others business.

 

I have become a member of those guys, whom the Police call as Business Thieves. I like this name, I get good money here, and I get good women here, yes! Yes! I am a Business Thief!”

 

Pugazhendhi, on reading the last paragraph, he said to himself,”Hmmm….a group of psychos”

This is the continuation to the story of Business Thieves. Pugazhendhi thought that he was fully out of the case. But he finds that he is not too far from the business thieves.They are after him.

 

Chapter 43: Information to Prabhu

Date: 25th July 2012, Tuesday

Place: Pazhamathur

 

Pugazhendhi woke up at 6 O clock in the morning.

Pugazhendhi got a call from Prabhu.

 

Pugazhendhi answered the call, “Yes”

Prabhu asked, “What happened yesterday?”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “We have destroyed the team of the culprits”

Prabhu asked, “Who was the culprit?”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “His name was Viswanath and he had the full team of monkey robots”

Prabhu asked, “How did you source them?”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “We sourced them through a vehicle registration number”

Prabhu asked, “Please explain me in a clear manner”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “I will let you know later, you come to my home afterward”

Prabhu said,”Ok”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “I need to prepare for the day, bye”

Prabhu said,”Ok bye”

 

The call got disconnected.

The blue diary was lying on the table in his bedroom.

 

The previous night he was very tired and not able to read the diary.

He took the diary and kept it in his bureau and locked it.

 

Pugazhendhi said to himself, “I will read it later; today I have met with Kannan and team”

He took cold water bath.

 

After that, he prepared Chapattis for his breakfast.

This is the continuation to the story of Business Thieves. Pugazhendhi thought that he was fully out of the case. But he finds that he is not too far from the business thieves.They are after him.

 

Chapter 42: Uncertain Deaths

Date: 24^th July 2012, Monday

Place: Othivakkam

 

Pugazhendhi and Kannan went running towards the warehouse.

Prakash came running from the warehouse.

 

Prakash shouted, “Sir, run from here”

Pugazhendhi asked, “What?”

 

Prakash said, “That Viswanath has automated self-destruction bomb here”

Pugazhendhi exclaimed, “What?”

 

Prakash said, “Our people shot him”

Prakash added, “But he also shot our people”

 

Prakash continued,” Before dying, he initiated a button”

Pugazhendhi asked, “What is the button?”

 

Prakash said, “It is a self-destruction bomb”

All the three started to run away from the warehouse.

 

They jumped over the compound wall and got outside.

The warehouse exploded with a heavy sound.

 

Kannan, Pugazhendhi, and Prakash ran away from the compound wall as far as possible.

They went toward the remaining members of the spy axes team.

 

Everybody got organized as a single group.

Kannan took the mobile and called Ezhilarasan.

 

Ezhilarasan answered the call, “Hello sir”

Kannan said,”Ezhilarasan, we need immediate help”

 

Kannan added, “Some of our officers are dead during the operation”

Ezhilarasan exclaimed,”Oh! My god”

 

Kannan said, “But a main head of the business thieves’ team is dead”

Ezhilarasan said,”Ok sir”

 

Kannan said, “I need fire engine and rescue team here at Othivakkam”

Ezhilarasan said, “I will inform the respective department immediately”

 

Kannan said,”Ok, over”

The call got disconnected.

 

After half an hour a fire engine and rescue team came and attended the place.

Kannan said,”Pugazh, come on let us go and see Muthuraman”

 

Pugazhendhi said,”Ok sir”

Both of them got to their car and started to move.

 

They reached the house of Muthuraman at 9.45 p.m.

They went and knocked the door.

 

There was no response.

Pugazhendhi pushed his hand on the door.

 

The door opened.

It was not locked from inside.

 

They entered the house.

They found three dead bodies.

 

It was Muthuraman and the two spies.

Pugazhendhi went and opened the door of the room in which he locked Vimala.

 

Vimala was not there.

Kannan said, “They have got stabbed to death”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “Yes sir and the prostitute has got kidnapped”

Kannan said, “Somebody should have followed us”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “Or else, there should be some kind of signal transponder from this house”

Kannan said, “Or else, Viswanathan could have sent message to somebody before his death”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “But we have destroyed the tempo”

Kannan said,”hmmm…and the robots in it”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “We have attacked the right guys at the right time”

Kannan said, “yes, but we lost our Axe force team”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “Sir, you are answerable again”

Kannan said, “What to do man? They have used the robots again”

 

Pugazhendhi said,”Mmm…the time is already 10 O clock”

Kannan said,”Ok, let us go; I will drop you at your place”

 

Pugazhendhi asked,”Ok sir”

Both of them came out of the house.

 

They got into the car.

Kannan dialled to Ezhilarasan again.

 

Ezhilarasan answered the call, “Hello”

Kannan said, “We have another two officers of spy axes team dead at Porunthavakkam”

 

Ezhilarasan exclaimed,”Oh! My god”

Kannan said, “Ask our officers to do the formalities”

 

Ezhilarasan said,”Ok sir”

Kannan said, “This Muthuraman is also dead”

 

Ezhilarasan said,”Oh! I see”

Kannan said,”Hmmm… Make sure that the formalities are got done”

 

Ezhilarasan said,”Ok sir”

The call got disconnected.

 

The car left the place.
