When it’s time to come home,

After lessons about Greece and Rome.

We come hoping for a rest,

Rivals like the sun which sinks to the west.

But is that what we get?

No, I have not tell you the worst part yet.

Homework, homework is what we do,

Every day, after school.

When we look forward to chatting and play,

Homework always gets in our way.

We need a break, I suggest,

Like the sun which sinks to rest.
