If maths runs the earth,

I prefer living on Mars;

The teacher’s pen destroys my paper,

with nasty sad scars

Ratios and proportion,

what ’bout my concentration?’

sets and integers,

Bring confusion and tears,

A quadratic equation,

brings easy frustration,

A linear equation?

I’m all in desperation!

I’ve heard there’s life on Mars,

And if they have maths there,

I’ll go to Jupiter, Saturn…

“Or simply anywhere!
