Even though she had always suspected him, Amelia never imagined that he would be privy to her father’s secrets. She was aware that she needed to take immediate action as Mr. Harrison got closer to learning the truth. She persisted in figuring out the puzzles while eluding him. She arrived at a secret underground cavern beneath the estate thanks to the last hint. She found her father’s secret diary inside the chamber. It revealed a startling fact: Her father had found a treasure that had been lost for a very long time, but it was cursed. It was said that whoever owned the treasure would suffer bad luck. Her father hid the wealth out of regret and a promise to spare future generations from its curse. Ultimately, she was able to defeat Mr. Harrison and leave the cave with the cursed riches. She felt both relief and sadness as she left the mansion.
