Part 1- Getting Smitten

It was a regular morning and I had already taken the metro to go to college. On the way I was not able to think much as I just returned last night from my fifteen days Manali trip and was still tired from the journey. I was not much a boy to roam around and meet people but my love for nature was enough that I agreed to go on this trip with some of my old friends, also I needed some time by myself after the hectic semester end exams. After about 20 minutes, I finally reached my department in the university. Before I tell you about my department let me tell you about myself. My name is Sumit Arora, an average looking final year student and as you can already guess I am much of an introvert. I was a week late for the start of the new semester and I could already see a lot of new faces in the campus who were probably my newly admitted juniors. Just as I was trying to adjust myself to the Delhi’s hot weather, I noticed a girl entering into the auditorium, she walked towards me and said “Good Morning Sir” and walked past me. I could not help but turn around and look at her. She was tall, had a very pretty face, big eyes and long hair down her waist. I could no longer look away as long as she was in my sight, as if her sight gave me a feel of fresh cool breeze of Manali and let me tell you I was instantly smitten by her. 
After taking a hold of myself I went to my class, the lecture was going on but I could not stop thinking about her. It was not usual for me to look at some girl and instantly feel fascinated. I used to read a lot of books and she appeared to me like the heroin of a best seller romantic book. After the class was over I indirectly tried to inquire about her from my classmates and as I mentioned the tall girl with long hair they knew whom I was talking about. I came to know that her name is Zara Amin and she is an Instagram influencer with thousands of followers. I knew there was something about her but I was totally blown with this information and a bit sad too because now I know she was totally out of my league!!!. [CONTINUED]
