  • First day at School 

    Once up on a time there was an eight years old girl came to take admission in a big school in the city Patna .Her name is Lily .She previously lived in Mujaffarpur with her parents. Her father was a college professor and he was transferring to Patna due to which his family had to shift to Patna. Lily was very sad and missing her former friends very much . She was very withdrawn and hesitated to meet new people. Lily was sitting with her parents in the waiting room in front of Principal Chamber .Then the peon came told that all of them were being called inside. Lily’s mom and dad took her inside the chamber. The Principal Madam kindly asked Lily’s name . Lily stood silently holding her mother’s lap . Then her mother caressing her said that dear tell your name to Madam. Lily timidly said my name is Lily . 

    After completing the admission formalities,the Principal Madam called the class teacher of first grade.The class teacher took Lily to her class and introduced Lily to the rest of her class. The class teacher made Lily to sit next to Raavi  who was the class monitor. There was a mischievous boy whose name was Harry. He was sitting near , he thinks of a way to annoy Lily. He took the opportunity to steal Lily’s notebook. Lily didn’t find her notebook when they came back after lunch break. Raavi asked all the students in the class but no one accepted. Lily became sad and tears welled up in her eyes. At the end of the school, all the children hurriedly left the class . Harry was also  running down the stairs when he slipped and fell. But Lily remembered her mother’s words that -“one should not laugh at a person who is in trouble”. She decided to help him. She helped Harry up and carried him to the bench at the edge of the ground. Lily and Raavi then went to call the class teacher. The class teacher bandaged Harry’s knee and scolded him for running down the stairs.

    Then Harry felt embarrassed for his mischief with Lily. He apologizes to Lily and returns her notebook and thanked her for helping.

    Moral :- “You have the power to change the world with your goodness.just recognise your goodness and give the message of truth and goodness to the world”.
